We offer a variety of lengths from 12 to 24 inches. The best choice depends on your natural hair length and the desired end result. We recommend consulting our online style guide or visiting an Authorized HALO Salon for a professional fitting.
Can I color or style my HALO extensions with heat?
Yes, our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, allowing you to use curling irons, straighteners, and blow dryers. While you can deposit color or use toners, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening the hair.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for an order?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unworn products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene standards, the security seal must be intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
How long do HALO extensions typically last?
With proper care and maintenance using our recommended hair care products, your extensions can last between 6 to 12 months, depending on how frequently they are worn.
Do I need a professional stylist to install my HALO?
While the HALO is designed for easy DIY application at home, we highly recommend your first fitting be done by a professional stylist to ensure the wire is custom-fitted to your head and the hair is blended perfectly.
