Return Process

  Ensure your product is in its original condition with all security seals intact, as hair extensions cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and receive your unique tracking number.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include a copy of your invoice or RMA confirmation to ensure timely processing by our warehouse team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the extensions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
